RGB, sRGB or Adobe RGB is the colour profile needed for printing your files accurately.
JPEGs or TIFFs, PDF’s are also okay, make sure when saving your PDF's remove ‘photoshop editing capabilities’ to reduce your file size. Always flatten your files so they are not caring unnecessary data. Visit our print file & image template page for a quick checklist.
Yes you can. For testing colour we recommend ordering the smallest size print for the paper you want to print on. For testing the quality of an image we suggest ordering a Test Strip, we’ll print 100mm test strip on the paper of your choice. Testing prints will answer a lot of your questions when starting out and allow you to make sure your files are perfect and ready for printing.
We print what is in your finished file. If your image doesn’t already have a white border in it you will need to add one to the image or ask us for help to do so. We have downloadable templates with borders.
Yes! We now offer scanning as a service. Check out our scanning page.
We recommend using either Dropbox or WeTransfer. When ordering your print online simply copy the url link to your print files and then paste it into the ‘Your Print File URL’ field on the product page. This will save you time and keeps your files secure. If your file is under 10MB you can email it to us, in the ‘Your Print File URL’ field simply type ‘will email’, in your email reference your order number so we know which file to print.
We offer basic free file set up if you need it. Things like cropping and simple retouching (e.g brightening, contrast or saturation). Please contact us before you place your order if you need some file set up support. For more comprehensive art-working we charge an hourly rate.
Once you have your files ready you can place your order through our online store. Simply choose your paper and print size, pop your print info i.e, file name, URL, finishing, etc into the correct fields and add the item to cart. Once you have added all the items you want to your cart you can checkout.
Yes we offer bulk discounts. Check our homepage for our bulk order discount codes. They are only avaible for unframed print orders.
Yes, just select 'Collect' as you shipping method during checkout.
Yes, when you place your order leave a note during checkout that says your customer will be collecting. You need to give your Artist Services order number to your customer, wihtout it they wont be able to collect your order. It's also a good idea to make them aware of our opening times.
Yes. Once we have confirmed the details for your order we will email you an invoice to pay, your order once paid goes in to the queue to be fulfilled. Please note if place your order online we can process it quicker.

Yes, we can do same day orders for unframed prints, but not framed prints. You need to call us first to check as it does depend on the days workflow +64 9 378-9823.
Yes. Send us your branding to include in your orders i.e stickers, postcard, authenticity certificate. The when placing orders online select 'Yes, please add my branding' from the Branding dropdown. If you do not choose a branding option then no branding will be applied.
Yes, just leave a message in the marked area during checkout when placing your order.
For hands-free editioning of your art prints, send us pre-signed authentication certificates. We will put these inside the prints when packaged or apply to the back of your framed prints.
Yes, enter your customers details in Shipping during checkout. Keep your information in the Billing section so we know it's your order.
Yes, we never include invoices or order confirmations with shipped parcels so your customer won't see any pricing or order details.

Yes, you can use the images and copy on this website for your own website. We prefer if you credit us but it is not required. You can download them all here.

Unfortunately no, we need a physical postal address to be able to courier your order. If you do not have a physical address let us know and we can send via Post Office, please note this service can take 2 days longer than normal delivery times.
Unframed A4, A3, A2 prints are sent flat in a plastic sleeve with backing board between two pieces of corrugated cardboard and placed in a mailer bag or wrapped in brown paper. Unframed A1-A0 prints are rolled with acid-free tissue and brown paper and put into a tube. All framed prints are cardboard cornered, a piece of stiff card is secured over the glass then bubble wrapped and put in a custom fit box and marked with fragile tape.
You will be emailed a tracking link once your order is picked up by our courier. International orders that select an untracked service will not receive a tracking link.
Yes, only for unframed prints. All international orders are shipped using NZ Post and are tracked and insured.
We use Post Haste to ship our New Zealand orders Monday to Friday on a signature-required service, someone will need to be home to sign for the delivery otherwise a card to call will be left. If you don't want a signature-required service please leave a note in the gift message box during checkout instructing a safe place for the driver to leave your parcel i.e somewhere dry and sheltered. All international orders are shipped using NZ Post and may be passed on to a National carrier once in the country of destination. Please note if you choose this option your order is not insured if lost.

Lost or damaged orders are replaced for free. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. This is void if you choose a non-signature required service.
We encourage all artist to triple check their files or order test prints before placing orders. Unfortunately we can't replace orders if the error is in the file.
Yes we do! You can choose between our options for frame mouldings and colours when you are ordering your prints. You can read more information on framing here.
We use ’Simple’ style framing on all framed art prints ordered on our Artist Services website, this is where the print is framed straight in against the glass without a mat. We can also custom frame your art prints just email us at info@artistservices.co.nz for pricing or to order a custom frame. You can read more information on our framing here.
