We want our customers to be happy all the time. Thats why we offer an easy 7 day replacement policy. Lost, damaged, faulty or incorrect orders are replaced for free. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. This is void if you choose a non-signature required service.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements of orders if your customer changes their mind or wishes to swap a size etc. This is the nature of "on-demand" manufacturing.
On rare occasions this my happen to you, so we recommend using any returned goods as "giveaways" or "special deal on a pre-loved work" to turn into a clever marketing tool. Simply be transparent with your community of customers/followers and be happily surprised how this can turn what may have been a "meh" experience into a "wahoo" one :-)
And one more tip... make sure you have an up to date and clearly visible "Return Policy" on your online store if you have one :-)
